Airia AI Agents Hackathon: Build the AI Agents That Revolutionize Enterprise

Airia AI Hackathon: Create autonomous AI agents for business. $7,000 in prizes, 100% online, deadline March 19, 2026. Beginners welcome!

Today, the true revolution is no longer about the raw power of models, but about their ability to act autonomously, integrate into our existing tools, and orchestrate complex processes. This is precisely the challenge taken up by Airia AI with its hackathon Airia AI Agents dedicated to enterprise AI agents. An online competition open to all, with $7,000 to be won and the opportunity to shape the future of intelligent work.

The Airia AI Agents Hackathon Challenge

The Airia AI Agents Hackathon challenges you to create AI agents that concretely transform how professionals work. Two tracks are available, each addressing a crucial problem in enterprise AI.

Track 1: Airia Everywhere. Develop agents that naturally integrate into everyday platforms: browser extensions, Outlook assistants, Slack or Teams bots, chat widgets, SharePoint or WhatsApp integrations, or even APIs for iterative workflows.

Track 2: Active Agents. Design autonomous multi-agent workflows that collect data, make decisions, and execute actions across two or more systems. Integrate Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) decision points, dynamic document generation, nested agent architectures, and cross-platform automation.

Each project must be published on the Airia Community to be eligible. Deliverables include a catchy agent name, a complete project description, and especially a demo video of maximum 4 minutes showing your agent in action (no PowerPoint slides, real footage only). The video must be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo and include narrative explanations or subtitles.

Who Can Participate in the Airia AI Agents?

The hackathon is open to participants who are of legal age in their country of residence. You can participate solo, as a team (multiple members allowed), or as an organization. Individuals can join multiple teams or also participate individually. If you represent a team or organization, designate an official representative to submit the project.

Restrictions: employees, agents, and immediate family members of the organizers (Airia LLC) and Devpost cannot participate. Judges, their employers, and affiliates are also excluded. Certain territories are prohibited.

Technical Prerequisites: you must create a free Airia account and publish your agent on the Airia Community. All submissions and supporting materials (description, video, instructions) must be in English or accompanied by an English translation. Projects must be entirely new, created after the start of the submission period.

No registration fees required.

Evaluation Criteria & Rules

The jury will evaluate projects in two stages. First, an initial filter checks that your project aligns with the theme and correctly uses the required Airia tools. Then, all qualified projects are scored according to four equally weighted criteria:

  • Technological Implementation: Quality of software development, in-depth use of the Airia platform, code quality.
  • Design: Thoughtful user experience, frontend/backend balance.
  • Potential Impact: Scope of impact on target businesses and beyond.
  • Idea Quality: Creativity, originality, improvement over existing solutions.

The jury is composed of Sam Mehta and Dave Horton (Airia). In case of a tie, the first criterion will break it, then the subsequent ones if necessary.

Why Participate?

Beyond the $7,000 in prizes, this hackathon represents a unique opportunity to position yourself at the forefront of enterprise AI. You will develop practical skills in orchestrating autonomous agents and integrating AI into real professional environments. Your project will be visible on the Airia Community, offering exposure and potential business opportunities.
